I prescribe natural, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy for many of my menopausal patients. You may have read about these hormones in Suzanne Somers' book, The Sexy Years.

Difficult-to-diagnose Cases

If you feel that you have not been properly diagnosed or treated, you may be right. Your primary care physician may not be as familiar with women’s medical problems as a gynecologist who deals with these problems every day. Do not hesitate to get a second opinion.
